My research bridges academic insight and real-world transformation by advancing interdisciplinary approaches to sustainability, circular economy, and responsible management. My work explores the systemic change required to transition from linear to regenerative economic models, with a focus on behavioral science, stakeholder engagement, and transformative business innovation.

Educational background

MA (Mag.phil.) in Media & Communication Studies and Psychology at University of Vienna, grduated 1993

Postgraduate degree in CSR Management (Corporate Social Responsibility) at AUS BFI in 2009

  • Holds the City of Vienna Endowed Professorship in Circular Economy & Transformative Business Models at the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna
  • Scientific Director and lecturer of programmes such as:
  • Executive MSc/Master programme in Sustainability & Responsible Management/Sustainable Business Managment, and short programmes Circular Economy & Innovation, and Sustainable Finance 

Academic experience

Primary domains include Circular Economy, Corporate Sustainability, and Responsible Management, Nudging4sustainability design lab
